Flushing and Cleansing

Boiler making funny noises or radiators with cold spots that don’t heat up the room as well anymore?

You could have a build up of sludge in your heating system. Sludge is the build-up of magnetite which forms as a result of corrosion. Even a minimal build up of sludge can cause a serious drop in boiler efficiency, stopping your heating system from working efficiently and if left untreated is one of the leading causes of boilers failing. We offer a flushing and cleansing service where we can remove the sludge from your heating system in as little as 2 hours. A cleansed system ensures optimal heating from your boiler and provides effective, ongoing protection, extending the life of your boiler, radiators and pipework. It can also lower your energy usage as your boiler and radiators will work more efficiently afterwards.

Gas Safety Certificates

If you're a landlord, it’s your responsibility to keep your property safe for tenants to live in. By law, you must have a gas safety check carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer every year. When you receive your landlord gas safety record, you’ll need to make a copy available to your tenants.

MagnaClean

MagnaClean's filter system utilises powerful magnets resulting in an optimal first pass capture rate and minimising damage caused by magnetite from day one of installation. This maximises efficiency of boiler output, which in turn reduces energy bills and carbon emissions released from the home. By following ADEY Best Practice and fitting a MagnaClean filter, homeowners save up to 7% a year on gas usage* as well as increase the lifespan of their boiler by up to 7 years. So in the long term, MagnaClean's quality pays for itself.

Every boiler and heating system we fit is designed, fitted and commissioned to the highest efficiency. This ensures you that you are using the minimum amount of gas to heat your home and hot water. Monitor your heating system remotely with a MagnaClean Professional3 Sense. The unique Sense® technology detects dangerously high levels of magnetite before it causes boiler breakdown.
