A heat pump is a relatively new technology in the UK although they are widely used in Scandinavia and many parts of Europe where there is an abundance of renewably sourced electricity.

A heat pump takes energy from outside and transfers it into heat to be circulated around a heating and hot water system. Boiler Installation

Your boiler is one of most important and hard-working appliances in your home providing you with warmth and hot water when-ever you need it.

Servicing your boiler annually keeps it running safely and efficiently saving you money on your energy bills and making it less likely to break down in the winter when you need it most.

Our Gas Safe engineers can visit your home and service your boiler in less than an hour.

Amongst other things, we ensure no Carbon Monoxide is being produced, keeping you and your family safe

We check there is adequate ventilation around the boiler and that the flue is clear and;

Test the gas pressure and ensure there are no leaks

All services carried out come with an emailed certificate of proof of service, future service reminder texts and any boiler manual log book completed. This can be handy if your boiler still has manufacture warranty and therefore proof of boiler service is required.

We have highly experienced engineers who can diagnose the problem and in many cases get your boiler back up and running there and then.

Our vans are stocked with the most common parts but rest assured if additional parts are required we have access to a wide range of parts to get your boiler working again as quickly as possible.

Our fixed call out fee covers the first hour of labour which often is enough time to diagnosis many common faults and get your boiler back working again.

Additional labour time and parts are charged separately but our engineer will provide you with a cost estimate once the fault has been diagnosed before proceeding further.
 
All repairs come with a 30 day labour and 1 year guarantee on parts used.


Heating Repair

You could have a build up of sludge in your heating system. 

Sludge is the build-up of magnetite which forms as a result of corrosion. Even a minimal build up of sludge can cause a serious drop in boiler efficiency, stopping your heating system from working efficiently and if left untreated is one of the leading causes of boilers failing.

We offer a flushing and cleansing service where we can remove the sludge from your heating system in as little as 2 hours. 

A cleansed system ensures optimal heating from your boiler and provides effective, ongoing protection, extending the life of your boiler, radiators and pipework.

It can also lower your energy usage as your boiler and radiators will work more efficiently afterwards. 


Flushing and Cleansing

If you're a landlord, it’s your responsibility to keep your property safe for tenants to live in. By law, you must have a gas safety check carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer every year. When you receive your landlord gas safety record, you’ll need to make a copy available to your tenants. 

All certificates carried out by us will be emailed to yourself and the tenant if required. This ensures you have a digital copy to send to tenants and letting agencies. No more paper with the risk of misplacing it or becoming un-readable if wet or damaged. Copies can be resent to you at any time if they are accidentally deleted or lost!
