Our vans are stocked with the most common parts but rest assured if additional parts are required we have access to a wide range of parts to get your boiler working again as quickly as possible.

Our fixed call out fee covers the first hour of labour which often is enough time to diagnosis many common faults and get your boiler back working again.

Additional labour time and parts are charged separately but our engineer will provide you with a cost estimate once the fault has been diagnosed before proceeding further.
 
All repairs come with a 30 day labour and 1 year guarantee on parts used.

General Plumbing

Flushing and Cleansing

If you're a landlord, it’s your responsibility to keep your property safe for tenants to live in. By law, you must have a gas safety check carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer every year. James is a real pro! We called James out for a second opinion after being told by another ‘engineer’ that our 5 year old boiler was beyond repair and needed replacing at a cost of over £2k. James thoroughly examined the boiler whilst consulting exploded drawings to find where the problem leak might be coming from.
