Our vans are stocked with the most common parts but rest assured if additional parts are required we have access to a wide range of parts to get your boiler working again as quickly as possible. Our fixed call out fee covers the first hour of labour which often is enough time to diagnosis many common faults and get your boiler back working again. Additional labour time and parts are charged separately but our engineer will provide you with a cost estimate once the fault has been diagnosed before proceeding further. All repairs come with a 30 day labour and 1 year guarantee on parts used.
